The premiere of the play “DOGHOUSE” in Paris

On Saturday, January 11, Arterarij’s play “Dog House” premiered at the Lavoir Moderne Parisien theater in Paris. After successful premieres in Zagreb and Belgrade, the Parisian audience also had the opportunity to see “DOGHOUSE,” directed by Romano Nikolić. This performance was part of a three-day Festival of Otherness, which brought together artists and audiences through three theatrical performances/performances – Heartefakt from Serbia, El Vaivén from France, and Arterarij from Croatia. The play “DOGHOUSE” addresses the difficult and, in our society, insufficiently open topic of wartime rape and its long-lasting consequences on individuals, families, communities, and society as a whole. You can watch the performance in Zagreb in February at the Arterarij space located at Antuna Heinza 2a. *The project “Eclectic of Otherness” is funded by the European Union.
